Client Enrollment Specialist – OPEN FOR APPLICATIONS
The Client Enrollment position will primarily consist of daily sales calls enrolling clients into our core programs. You are a sales rockstar and are known as the person who can sell ice to an Eskimo!
You are the kind of person who connects with people of all ages and leaves a wake of best friends behind you wherever you go. You build rapport easily and have a naturally extroverted nature.
You also have a reputation as an amazing coach and listener. Your friends come to you for advice often. You are also able to self manage and remain organized even during busy times.
Must have 5+ years experience in sales and are interested in learning caring based selling techniques (also known as heart based selling.) You thrive on results and are always open to learning and expanding yourself personally and professionally!
Specific Duties:
Daily outbound enrollment calls to warm leads
Available 35 hours per week + flexible for events (additional hours, sometimes evenings and weekends)
Enrollment Conversations at sponsorship events and speaking engagement’s (periodically)
Networking & building a buzz at events
Willing to help support other departments with projects
